A simple application, Movie Joiner efficiently joins your video files. You can also set the options at startup to best use Video Joiner like you want, by sorting files automatically, entering MP3 description or deleting files after joining them. The interface itself is pretty straightforward: click the top button to select your files, use the up and down buttons to move them around in the list or the alphabetical button to sort them out. The bottom buttons allows you to convert them.

Movie Joiner works fast and will automatically show the result after joining movies. Be warned though that all files you want to join need to be of the same video file format. All in all, Movie Joiner is efficient at joining video files, but is limited by pretty basic features.
